We are looking for a rock catcher who will be responsible for identifying, collecting, and removing rocks from agricultural, construction, and other work surfaces. This position is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery and workers on site. The rock catcher must be physically capable, attentive, and able to work in various weather conditions.
The work environment may include agricultural fields, construction sites, mining locations, and other outdoor areas where the presence of rocks hinders work activities. The candidate must be able to recognize different types of rocks that may pose a danger to equipment or people and safely remove them using hand tools or machinery.
In addition to physical labor, the rock catcher must have a basic understanding of safety procedures and be able to communicate with supervisors and other team members. They are expected to keep records of removed materials and report any potential hazards noticed during work.
The ideal candidate is responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in fieldwork, especially in agriculture or construction, is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. Training will be provided for all new employees.
This position may require shift work, including early mornings, weekends, and occasional overtime. Physical fitness and willingness to work in demanding conditions are key factors for success in this role.
